So, who died and made Michael Poteshman the authority on nutrition, wellness, and happiness? No one died. In fact, many who first read his book, actually improved or restored their health. So, why should you take his word for what’s written in his book? First, his background and training is not only based on computer science, project management, IT implementation, and business analysis, but he is also wellness certified (CWC or Certified Wellness Coach). His experience as a president and vice president in large and small corporations has taught him to focus on hard data and rational numbers, not trends and pop-culture. He bases his decisions on empirical evidence after thorough investigation and comparison. Thus, he does not have any preconceived notions from any institutions that promote industry standards and typical medical practices, because no one from the medical community has been able to get to the root of his progressively worsening health problems. He recovered from decades of suffering only after he conducted his own in-depth independent research into the “wonders” of the modern Western diet and treatment methods to cure his progressively deteriorating condition of hypertension, elevated blood sugar, high cholesterol, acid reflux, and anxiety. His book conveys hard and indisputable evidence and, most importantly, mind-blowing results!

Although he followed this advice, Michael’s health continued to decline, and his anxiety became more persistent, in addition to being overweight, having high blood pressure, high cholesterol, acid reflux, and excruciating headaches. If this sounds familiar, there are millions like you and him. Guess what? It is NOT entirely your fault; there are extenuating circumstances causing your body to misbehave, even though you’ve been trying to be healthy. It is not entirely your fault that you’re gaining weight and having food cravings, and it is not entirely true that some of these problems are age related. Michael had serious health problems in the past, and now, at the age of 53, he looks and feels better than in his thirties. He has no food cravings, no brain fog, and he’s not taking any medication. He now weighs less than he did in high school… Read more…
